Acoustic Emissions Equipment ORE23/012

To support the operation of the facility and enhance its technical capabilities, ORE Catapult wishes to procure a suite of Acoustic Emissions Testing Equipment.

The sensors shall allow the detection of sub element failures in the following components & materials. Multi-purpose sensors (i.e. usable on more than one component/material type) should be used, but different sensor types per material are also acceptable:

- Synthetic Fibre Rope: Including at a minimum Nylon, High Modulus Polyethylene (HMPE) also known as Dyneema, Polyester & Aramid. Ropes will be of variable construction - Steel Spiral Rope - Heavy Lift Slings: Dyneema
