Medway Council would like to engage an experienced contractor at Capstone Farm Country Park in Gillingham to resurface the existing main car park and other improvements. The Council has secured funding from a developer contribution to improve the car park as the surface has deteriorated with increased visits by cars. The project is located in Capstone Farm Country Park in the, Lordswood and Capstone Ward, Medway. The site is the car park at the main entrance into the Country Park, off Capstone Road approximately 550m (600yards) south of the Capstone Road/Pear Tree Lane roundabout. The works are to improve the parking areas in Capstone Farm Country Park. This phase only covers the car park at the main entrance into the Country Park.
