Provision of Infrastructure Support in the Voluntary, Community, Faith and Social Enterprise (VCFSE) Sector

Description

Following the publication of the Levelling Up White Paper the pre-launch guidance for the UK Shared Prosperity Fund (UKSPF) released in 2 February 2022 it has been determined that there is a need to increase the capacity of the local VCFSE sector to deliver support to the wider community. Blackpool Council therefore are looking for an organisation to provide Infrastructure Support in the Voluntary, Community, Faith and Social Enterprise (VCFSE) the provision of which is the subject of this tender opportunity. It is important that bidders note that contract award is subject to successful allocation of grant funding which is not anticipated to be known until mid-October 22.
