## Description

Maldon District Council \(MDC\) are looking for a Contractor to carry out their Trade Waste Collection\. MDC own the bins that we use\. Maldon District Council has a number of sites that it owns where trade waste is produced and therefore has a requirement to remove this on a regular basis Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises \(SMEs\)\. However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement\.
