Cyclical Decoration Works to the Housing Stock

Description

CHP wishes to commission a contractor to undertake cyclical decoration works to various properties within our housing stock, including houses, bungalows and flats. The Contractor shall work with CHP to deliver the following objectives in relation to this contract: • Compliance with all applicable regulatory requirements and CHP's policies. • Efficient operational management control for CHP. • To deliver excellent quality and value for money services for our customers. • To deliver improved efficiencies and economies for CHP. The contract will be for a three year period with an option to extend for up to a further twenty-four months.
