ITACU Fixed Line

Description

The BBC is seeking suppliers that will offer a fully managed service for the provision of fixed line telephone and mobile short dial code interactivity relating to BBC output that includes a public vote. Under the framework agreements, the suppliers will provide the telecommunications services and infrastructure for premium and non-premium rate promotions via interactive voice response (IVR, mobile short dial codes (MDSCs)) or live call-handling. These will be either on the supplier's own platform with appropriate overflow where necessary or by use of mass-calling platforms. Additional information: Please note that Contract start date is 1 July 2017 although the contract was not actually signed until 14 September 2017.
