Data and Analytics Strategy

Ealing Council is looking to engage a suitable supplier to quote for the development and delivery of an organisation wide data and data analytics strategy. These requirements include.

• Identifying the organisational data and analytics needs to set the vision and overarching strategy for the organisation. • Creating a business case for the implementation of the strategy including specific examples where efficiencies and/or improved outcome could be achieved. • Providing a roadmap with high-level recommendations on how to develop an overarching data strategy, that also addresses any current gaps in the organisation's capabilities.

Quotations should be completed using the templates provided, no later than 6pm on Friday the 12th November.
