Procurement of a property/ development consultant to provide ongoing strategic and detailed property advice, to work with Homes England in the preparation a robust disposal strategy for residential-led, mixed-use development on the site, and to act as a critical friend to Homes England in their role as a member of the Langley Sutton Coldfield Consortium.
