Direct Award via the SBS Framework Modular Buildings under Lot 2 bespoke modular building hire for a minimum hire of 52 weeks for 2 x Portakabin Titan TN124 Buildings with the internal fit out as per final drawings agreed by the Trust\. The Supplier must include delivery, hire and installation on site\. The Trust requires these items within the hire of the buildings: Air conditioning Access Steps Access Staircase Furniture Fire Extinguishers Data points Damage Waiver protection Foundations and connections Installation of buildings on customer site and CDM Duties\.
