Sheltered Housing Review OBC

Description

This commission is to provide a high-level Outline Business Case (OBC), predominantly relying on the evidence commissioned by the Customer, supplemented by further research in discreet areas, especially operating models. This portfolio OBC will provide the direction needed for the Customer to make informed decisions on the direction of travel for each of the nine sites, subject to a full business case being prepared on each site. The OBC will be used to support decision making within the authority to help inform the Housing Revenue Account (HRA) Business Plan currently being developed by Cornwall Housing Limited (CHL) and the Customer.
