## Description

Notting Hill Genesis \(NHG\) is establishing a Framework to appoint sales agents for all future schemes\. The services will be covered by 3 separate Lots depending on the individual developments and the types of units being sold that the eventual call-off contracts relate to such as shared ownership, private sale or developments that contain a mixture of shared ownership and private sale\. NHG are looking to appoint a broad mixture of suppliers who will ensure high quality services to potential Buyers of NHG properties, a good customer focussed service and provide an efficient and cost-effective service to NHG for any of the different types of tenure\. The awarding of a place on NHG's Framework for Estate Agents does not guarantee any amount of work but offers the opportunity to competitively tender for contracts as and when NHG has a requirement\.
