## Description

Oldham Council is seeking to commission a comprehensive, fully integrated young people's service for sexual health, contraception, and the prevention and treatment of substance misuse\. This will enable young people to access high-quality information, advice and treatment for both their sexual health and substance use in a single location and transaction\. Adolescence is a crucial time for physical, emotional and social development\. Improving young people's sexual health and preventing the harmful use of alcohol, tobacco and drugs remains a high priority both locally and nationally
