GB-London: Responsive Repairs - Additional Contractors

Peabody Trust ("Peabody") is seeking to appoint Multiple suppliers (ideally 4-6) to provide responsive repairs including (but not limited to) the following: •Ground works •Brick work repairs •Carpentry •Plastering and finishing's including decorations, tilling, and flooring •Glazing including wooden window repairs •Plumbing works including drainage •Electrical •Disables adaptations •Roofing and guttering repairs •Communal area repair and replacement works •Fencing and gates The successful Providers will act as a subcontractors to our in-house DLO, PGM, and will assist with responsive repairs. The geographical operation and delivery of these services will be across all London Boroughs and Essex. Estimated value over a maximum 2 year period is anticipated to total at c.£4.7 million (although this would be split out across all contractors appointed). Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.
