## Description

Contract award notice for the Provision of Online Programme Management \(OPM\) services to deliver our suite of Brunel Online education programmes \(Brunel Online\)\. The Contract is for for an initial term of five \(5\) years extendable for a period of five \(5\) plus two \(2\) years\), giving a possible contract term of up to twelve \(12\) years \(the Term\)\. The estimated total value of the contract awarded over its duration \(including the contract extension options if these are taken up\) is £113,726,864 excluding VAT\.
