AISI Monitoring and Evaluation Scoping study

Description

The Evaluation Scoping Report will identify costed options for evaluation design, with one of these options then being delivered. The scoping report will form Phase 1 of the work, with delivery of the actual evaluation forming Phase 2. For clarity, this Invitation To Tender covers both phases and we expect a single supplier or consortium to deliver the entire piece of work. The aim of commissioning the work in this way is to ensure that the evaluation methodology is as robust as possible. The evaluation will need to include elements of impact and process evaluation.
