## Description

The Council's requirement under this contract is for the provision of a multi-discipline design team for a school expansion construction project\. The design consultancy will be required to provide a professional multi-discipline team for the employer and act as the employer's agent\. A feasibility study has already been undertaken for this project and the total estimated value of the project is circa £2 Million before design fees, statutory application fees and any other disbursements\. A 5% contingency fund is allowed for within this estimated sum\. A full overview of the roles and responsibilities, key activities and deliverables of the members of the professional design team are contained in Appendix 2 - Specification\.
