Truro Northern Access Road (NAR) Drainage, Ducting & Trenching

Corserv on behalf of Cormac Solutions Ltd is seeking to appoint a suitably qualified and experienced contractor to undertake Drainage, ducting and trenching works for the Truro Northern Access Road (NAR) project, under an NEC 3 Contract.

Works to include: Subcontract works package - coverage This subcontract includes the following works : Management and Supervision of the drainage, ducting and trenching works. Supply of all labour, plant, equipment and materials, including temporary works. Testing of excavated material for backfill suitability. Testing and proving of new drainage and ductwork systems. Dust control measures. Working in proximity to overhead power cable. Working around badger setts. Accommodating Main Contractor and other subcontractors. The Subcontract Works will be in accordance with the following requirements and documents which can be found in Appendix A.

Please refer to supporting documents within the question sets for the full scope of works. The intention is to award the contracts as separate packages to the most economically advantageous tenderer based on 70% commercial & 30% Quality split.
