## Description

Replace the current Party Election Finance \(PEF\) online system\. The Electoral Commission is modernising its political finance systems to improve transparency, compliance, and user experience\. The current systems are fragmented and do not meet modern accessibility, data, or automation standards\. The PFO project will deliver a unified, cloud-based solution that supports regulatory reform and digital service delivery whilst ensuring value for money and adherence to all applicable procurement regulations\.
