## Description

The Liverpool City Region Combined Authority \(LCRCA\) invites you to quote for services to provide specialist support in the development of OPSI as an Agile and complex programme\. There is a need for additional capability to advise, guide and support the programme management team to develop OPSI as an Agile and complex programme and establish an Agile approach to the management of OPSI during its delivery\. This is to ensure OPSI's management is fit for purpose and able to respond appropriately to the needs of prototypes and OPSI's evolving functions, working within the constraints of LCRCA\.
