HRA - P1392 - Kitchen Replacement Scheme (West End)

The kitchen replacement scheme consists of 204 properties and has been put together using existing survey and lifestyle information. The scheme will bring properties up to a higher standard which in turn will improve the standard of living for YHN stakeholders. The proposed work to the kitchens consists of the installation of cabinets, worktops, splashbacks, electrical ring main to kitchen, decoration and vinyl flooring. An extract fan will be installed to those properties that do not currently have an existing fan or a fan that is past its working life.
