The solution covers; - connectivity services SIP trunks, DDIs, including resilient connections - Inbound and call routing services, including all telephony call centre services - call recording and analysis - provision of IP handsets - mobile twinning for remote workers - cloud hosted service which include administration of the phone system - fully managed infrastructure
