The Regenda Group - Disrepair Works - AWARD

The Regenda Group wish to appoint an experienced contractor to undertake disrepairs works following a successful claim from a tenant for the completion of the works/repairs within properties owned / managed by the Regenda Group. Full details related to the scope of the works required is included within Document B - Tender Requirements and Specification.

It is intended that the contract established following the procurement will run for an initial term of two years, extendable for a further term of three years via annual extensions, to a maximum term of five years. Any extension will be at the discretion of Regenda. The estimated contract value for disrepairs works is c.£130,000 (exc VAT) per annum and approximately 70 disrepair claim jobs are completed per annum.
