Funding has been secured from Ministry of Housing to provide for pre-tender support on professional fees while the works bid for the Phoenix Square Cladding project to be prepared for submission\. The deadline for tender submission to MoH was 30 June 2021\. As a result, PCSA 2 was given a deadline of 31 July 2021\.
