## Description

This contract is for a team to work on the default tariff cap - specifically to assist with the appropriate level for the COVID debt cost allowance, taking into account the debt costs actually experienced by suppliers, and the amounts recovered through the cap\. This process is termed the "true-up"\. This work will feed into a decision at the start of August 2022\.
