SCAH Programme Category Manager

The Category Manager is responsible for: - Managing OJEU procurements from inception / strategy stage through to contract award. This will include open, restricted and competitive procedures with negotiation - Ensuring consistency of scope documentation and alignment of client needs and requirements within the entire contract suite - Liaison with legal team to draft contract terms and conditions - Managing a small team of procurement and contract management professionals; - Leading team members and ensuring that agreed targets are met
