## Description

The Shared Services Integrated Business Centre \(IBC\), within Hampshire County Council required a pre-employment check cloud solution that automates the processing of statutory employment checks\. This solution will encompass Disclosure & Barring Service \(DBS\) and Referencing checks\. This solution is to be provided by an approved DBS e-broker and will use an approved digital identity service provider \(IDSP\) to carry out identity checks\. The contract was procured through the G-Cloud 13 Framework\.
