Procurement of Parametric footfall counters from Parallax Agency Ltd\. These will be connected to The Things Network\. Parallax will build and provide a platform that decodes the messages from the footfall counters, stores the historical data and exposes a series of API endpoints to enable the creation of a footfall map\.
