WCC - Invoice Data Capture Solution

Due to our current solution transitioning to the Cloud, Warwickshire County Council (WCC) is looking to procure a replacement Invoice Capture solution. The preferred solution will extract identified information from PDF invoices, verify the data and export the invoice data, alongside an image of the invoice, to our Unit4 ERP system.

Additional information: Anticipated to be £100,000.00 over the original three-year contract length but this contract has an aspirational spend of up to £300,000.00 over eight years to enable maximum flexibility/adaptability throughout the duration of the contract. This value is provided for information only and without commitment by the Council.
