Tender for the Phased Design and Construction of 5No. Net Zero Carbon Dwellings and Separate Parking Area Including All Associated Works And All Necessary On And Off Site Works at Hollow Lane, Garage Site (Rear Of 139 Hollow Lane), Dormansland, Lingfield RH7 6NT and New Farthingdale, Dormansland, Lingfield RH7 6RF The works comprise of the following:- o 1No. 1 Bedroom 2 Person Bungalow at 58.1m2 o 4No. 2 Bedroom 4 Person Flats at 70.1m2 each o Separate Parking Area to consist of 16No. parking spaces with 2No. of these being accessible spaces to comply with the Building Regulations size, layout and style requirements.
