## Description

Provision of collection and haulage of Food Waste containers from WCC Collection Points to Delivery Points/End Destinations for reprocessing\. A procurement process was carried out from February to May 2022 for the processing of separately collected food waste including collection and haulage\. Following that tender a contract was awarded\. The contract was later repudiated \(or, in the alternative, there was a material breach of contract\) and the repudiation was accepted \(or, in the alternative, the contract was terminated for material breach\) by Warwickshire County Council on 1 August 2022\. The repudiation of the contract was an extraordinary and unexpected event which resulted in this contract award for the collection and haulage of food waste\.
