Highways Capital Works Framework 2025

Framework for the procurement of the Council's Highways Capital Works programme. Works may typically include highway improvements, construction of new assets, traffic signal installations and renewals, environmental and streetscape works. The anticipated annual budget for these works could be in the order of £0.6M to £1.5M. The contract period will be for two years with up to two optional 12 month extensions by mutual agreement.
