This is a Contract Award Notice\. Provision of ServiceNow licences for the following modules: • ITOM Visibility V2 • ITSM Standard Fulfiller User V3 • Business Stakeholder User V4 • Integration Hub Starter V4 \(transactions\) • Impact Guided V3 Package • Standard ServiceNow vendor support and maintenance offerings\. This procurement was undertaken through the CCS G Cloud 14 Framework Agreement \(RM1557\.14\)\. The contract is awarded for an initial period of 36 months with option to extend for a further 12 months\. Amendment 20/01/2026 - Contract Value amended to include VAT\.
