## Description

Norfolk County Council \(NCC\) implemented Oracle Cloud ERPM and HCM in 2022\. NCC had a requirement for an Oracle Support partner around service administration, release management and technical and functional support and has appointed a provider who will deliver the required support\. The contract was awarded under G-Cloud 13\. There is the right in the contract to extend the contract by a further 12 months at a cost of £256,500 plus indexation not including VAT\. Additional information: The value excludes VAT\.
