## Description

The Council wishes to establish a contract for the provision of community research hub\. There is a requirement to increase community research in Birmingham by: o bringing together expert advisors who are community researchers, academics and leaders in the community and voluntary sector to design and advise on the development and delivery of the hub o providing a hub 'space' where diverse community researchers representative of Birmingham City's population can be recruited, trained, coordinated and supported\. o delivering 4 community research projects for the Public Health Division annually The Contract will be for a period of 3 years \(unless terminated under the terms and conditions of contract\)\. The contract will be awarded to one supplier\. The Council will be using its free to use e-tendering system \(in-tend\) for the administration of this procurement process and potential suppliers must register with the system to be able to express an interest\.
