## Description

Oxford City Housing Ltd \(OCHL\) have selected a preferred contractor to deliver 80 unit housing scheme at Mill Lane Marston, which is a development on the edge of Old Marston, Oxford\. The proposed scheme includes a mixture of 1 bed flats as well as 2, 3, and 4 bed houses for shared ownership \(SO\), and social rent \(SR\)\. OCHL and Oxford City Council \(OCC\) are seeking an external partner Organisation to act as Project Manager, Employer's Agent / Contract Administrator and Clerk of Works\.
