GB-Derby: Vehicle Parking Enforcememnt Services

NOTE: This notice was updated on 28 March 2018 for the following reason: Adjusted tender closing date due to an alteration to the tender document. New tender closing date is 4th April 2018 at 13:00The Client requires a Contractor to deliver a scheme to prevent unauthorised parking at vehicle parking sites. This will involve the issuing of permits to persons authorised to use the parking facilities and issue Parking Charge Notices to those parking without authority. The scheme will also require the Contractor to administer parking management services which will include the Contractor recovering charges from the Liable Person.

Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.

This agreement will start on the date specified in the NEC3 Term Service Short Contract and will remain in force for 60 months. The contract may be extended for 2 further periods of 24 months at the sole discretion of the Client.
