GB-London: working with councils to support staff preparedness sessions and deliver subsequent feedback to Senior Managers

Our model includes working with the identified council to scope and deliver up to 4 sessions with staff, to prepare them to confidently 'tell their story' to CQC assessment teams. Following the staff sessions, our model allows for the contractor to meet with the Senior team (Adult Social Care), to give key messages emerging to take forward as actions to address in advance of a CQC visit. Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.
