Description
As part of the Amber Valley Borough Councils (AVBC) aim to regenerate its Towns and assist with meeting local housing need, it intends to convert Market House (located at the junction of Market Place & Church Street Ripley)- an unused office building- into 9 self-contained flats and refurbish an existing retail unit within the building. The Council also intends to refurbish 2 Shirley Road Ripley -a 3 bedroom vacant property thus bringing it back to full habitation. The contract will be let under the terms of the JCT Standard Building Contract 2011 (without quantities). PQQ information will be available from 10.00am on the 25th April 2016.
