Work description
West Midlands Combined Authority (WMCA) intend to award a contract to 8x8 for the renewal of the Call Centre System and Associated Licences via a direct award process utilising G-Cloud 13. This system is intended to provide the Authority with the ability to have a single point of contact system for citizens who need to contact WMCA by telephone that require access to a wide range of support services.
