For the provision of Consultancy for Ramsey Town Centre Enhancements

Description

The Council wish to appoint an external expert adviser who can guide both the District Council and Town Council to a successful completion of this interlinked set of projects. The lead client, Huntingdonshire District Council has recently completed a stage 2 feasibility report including concept designs. We now wish to take forward these designs and options produced to a more detailed stage and ultimately delivery of the scheme(s). The development of technical drawings and designs for a) pedestrianisation scheme located in the public highway, b) off street car park improvements and the c) design and development of retail units to be located within the proposed pedestrian area for Ramsey Town Centre.
