Reinstatement/Refurbishment of East Tilbury Library

The Council's requirement under this Contract is for a Contractor to carry out works to reinstate/refurbish East Tilbury Library under one of the following options: Option 1 is for the reinstatement of the building as existing; Option 2 is for the refurbishment of the building including enhancements such as re-locating the entrance, internal alterations, replacement windows and external works; Option 3 is for the refurbishment of the building including enhancements such as re-locating the entrance, internal alterations, replacement windows, new external draught lobby and external works.

Bidders must submit prices for all 3 options.
