## Description

​​HR Automation Programme Phase 3 in Delivery\. To develop a baselined integrated delivery plan for the HR Automation Programme\. Previous knowledge transfer and managing a baselined schedule, supported excellent timely delivery of Phase 2\. For Phase 3, following approval from the Change Delivery Group to extend the programme until January 2027, further support and knowledge transfer on developing the extended baselined delivery plan and stakeholder maturity is required​
