Work description
The Beresford Centre is a mixed-use Business Centre. There are 21 workshop units and 8 offices. Four workshop units are allocated for motor trade use, excluding vehicle sales. The property is situated approximately 2 miles from the Town Centre, a few minutes' drive from the ring road. Junction 6 of the M3 is approximately 5 minutes by car and the main line railway station is approximately 2 miles away.
