City of Wolverhampton Council on behalf of Black Country Transport is procuring an Environmental appraisal to support an Outline Business Case (OBC) development and transport appraisal for the A4123 Walk/ Cycle and Bus Measures Project, for submission to West Midlands Combined Authority (WMCA). This requires establishing an environmental baseline and impact information to inform the OBC, using current WebTAG unit A3 (May 2022 version, at the time of submission) and the current (2020) Design Manual for Roads and Bridges (DMRB), working with BCT's transport consultants.
