Stakeholder reputation tracker survey

Description

The EHRC is looking to appoint a reputation research organisation to undertake stakeholder research to explore and understand its standing and reputation among key stakeholders against key indicators of reputation. It has previously carried out research into stakeholder perceptions of its reputation, performance and priorities against its remit in 2010. In January 2015 it also undertook the first review of stakeholder perception of its communications and engagement activity. Whilst this research was important in terms of improving the communications and engagement offer, the Commission would like to return to the 2010 approach and explore stakeholder perceptions of its performance and impact as a whole.
