Current status / Background The Hanley Crouch community centre has been relocated on to a new development and subsequently demolished\. The site of the former community centre is to be used to provide 8 new build private sale houses, and it is the construction of these houses which forms the subject of this advert\. The requirement A construction contractor to complete the design and undertake the construction of 8 private sale houses including all services and all relevant permissions and agreements \(planning, s\.106 obligations, section agreements relating to services, warranty provider conditions, etc\.\) Additional information: Please note, the deadline for expressions of interest has been extended to 11\.59 22/08/2018, the deadline for SQ submissions has been extended to 12 noon 22/08/2018\.
