NEPO231 Highways & Civil Engineering Materials

Newcastle City Council is acting as the Lead Authority on behalf of the North East Procurement Organisation (NEPO) and its Member Authorities, in respect of the procurement of a Framework Agreement (Contract) for the supply of Highways and Civil Engineering Materials.

In order to meet this requirement, the Lead Authority is inviting expressions of interest from eligible suppliers able to supply these goods predominantly across the North East region.
