Tilbury CLLD Final Evaluation and Assessment

The Tilbury Community Led Local Development (CLLD) programme is one of three CLLD programmes operating across the South East Local Enterprise Partnership (SELEP) area. It arose from the commitment in the SELEP ESIF 2014 - 2020 Programme Strategy to allocate ESIF funds for CLLD programmes to support of social inclusion goals. The ERDF Grant Funding Agreement for the programme requires that an evaluation is undertaken of the implementation of the Tilbury CLLD local development strategy, covering the entirety of the programme i.e. investment from both the European Regional Development Fund and the European Social Fund and the local governance and management arrangements.
