## Description

North East Lincolnshire Council are seeking a Contractor to run LAD 2 from September 2021 to March 2022\. We are looking to appoint a suitably experienced and qualified Contractor for the supply and installation of external wall insulation, loft insulation, cavity wall insulation, and upgrade of storage heaters \(whole house\)\.
