Void Property Internal Decoration Works

Rykneld Homes Ltd (RHL) working with, and on behalf of, North East Derbyshire District Council (NEDDC) is seeking to appoint a contractor to provide a range of painting and decorating related support, including any preparatory pre-paint repairs which may be required, within predominantly void (empty) properties, throughout the District of North East Derbyshire. Works will be structured on a call-off basis.

The successful contractor will be responsible for all aspects of the allocated works, including surveying, design when specified, and the associated repairs/maintenance/construction related undertaking. Due to the nature of the works there will be fluctuations in demand requirements, this is due to the fact that RHL cannot predict the specific nature of the works and when properties will become void and it is only possible to provide estimated demand figures.
